Directed by Ronnie Screwvala, “Delhi 6” is the second movie of Anil Kapoor’s daughter Sonam Kapoor, who debuted in 2007 with “Saawariya”. Produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, “Delhi 6” is supposedly based on Mehra’s own life and growing years in Chandni Chowk area of Old Delhi.
Scheduled to be released on February 20th, 2009, “Delhi 6” is a movie about an America-born Indian, Roshan, played by Abhishek Bachchan. Roshan brings his ailing grandmother back to India in Chandni Chowk with a pin code Delhi 110006. Watch out how he feels proud of his city Delhi – 6 in the movie “Delhi 6”.
“Delhi 6” has been distributed all over by UTV Motion Pictures. The music composed for “Delhi 6” by A.R. Rehman is already getting popular among song chart busters. Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Renzil D’Silva, Prasoon Joshi and Kamlesh Pandey have together scripted for this upcoming Bollywood movie.
